MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID TRAINING IN ADDITION TO FIRST AID

 Our most comprehensive First Aid for Mental Health course teaches practical skills to spot the signs of someone suffering from mental ill health and how to confidently provide support.

This course looks deeper into a range of common mental health conditions and is suited to those who wish to become a certified First Aider for Mental Health. Delivered over two consecutive days or one day per week over two weeks.

 All our certified courses at work are accredited by the FAIB, and are valid for 3 years on successful completion.  Delivering across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire.  

This one day course expands on the First Aid for Mental Health Action Plan and covers ways in which a positive mental health culture can be supported within a workplace, covering a range of First Aid for Mental Health related subjects

This is an introductory 4hr (Half Day) which raises awareness of mental health
